ESalon, helped me tremendously, I tried a new color and it was not as it showed on the box. So I looked on line for help in resolving my "Red hair" I answered some questions and eSalon was able to make a mix solution to fix the my boxed color from the local store and it turned out perfect and the color I wanted.

Great advice and instructions. First time I’ve tried the application with a brush , practice makes perfect . I will definitely be buying again. Colourists advice was very helpful , friendly staff on the phone .

I ordered the non ammonia color and oh my gosh, my hair is so soft and shiny! I just used it today and am eager to see how long it will last.
