Good ChoiceI am very happy with this service and product. It is easy to use and flexible if I want to make changes. The product is good and not damaging to my hair. The difference of using a hairdresser and eSalon, it is no time wasted to sit at the hairdresser for hours. Specially if you have a busy life and worry about your grey hair to start showing up, and you don't have time to go to the hairdresser. Very pleased with resultsI am very pleased with my esalon color. I initially got Demi permanent but have switched to permanent. The Demi permanent was so pleasant smelling and easy to use. The very first time you get your kit it comes with a applicating brush. Ne sure to save the brush, as you do not get another one. I wasn't sure about my color at first, and it wasn't quite right the first time. I worked with my stylist and now I'm very happy. I love that I get an email the week before my color is set to ship. I also get an email asking how my color turned out.
