Color turned out the way I totally did't wantThe problem I had at the beginning was that my hair looked dark brown almost black when in the dark but I didn’t like that it hinted reddish tones In the ends when in the light. I expressed this to colorist that I was looking more of a neutral instead of a hint of reddish when in the light. But the color she formulated turned reddish not only in the ends but also on my roots/ grays. Color SetDidn't realize this set with 1 bottle was different than the previous set I received that had 2 bottles. I put the color over all my hair & was disappointed to see dark brown rather than red/copper. The color didn’t work for meMy color turned out kinda copper, sorta brassy. I really really wanted medium ashy violet. It did maintain my old highlights, so that’s really cool! It doesn’t look like you dipped your head in paint, like at home dyes do. It’s the best at home dye I’ve done...
