Right colorI liked the fact that I have a colorist assigned. The communication has been excellent, she asked me for the color I would like to have. I told her that the ammonia makes my scalp burns, . She switched it for a demi-permanent color. I applied it today and I really loved it. Let's see how longer it lasts. Love! Will be using again!I love the customizing, with the assurance that your getting the right color for best results for you specifically. The instructions had a pro tip that I had never done, but it is genius! Great coverage. My hair did turn out a little darker then I had hoped. But I know it had to be to cover the red dye in my hair that wouldn’t bleach out. And because it was recently beached it soaked up all the dye. I had just enough dye to cover my hair with about a table spoon left over. I have already discussed with my e-stylist that we are gonna use a little lighter of a color for round two, and they have changed my formula.
