Keine schöne Farbe und keine Reaktionen auf AnfragenDas einzig positiv zu erwähnende ist, dass alles im Set schön zusammengestellt ist. Leider erfolgte keine Berücksichtigung von mitgeteilten Wünschen. Jegliche Reaktion lässt auf sich warten bzw. ist bis heute nicht erfolgt. Die Coloration habe ich nach langem Überlegen aufgetragen. Meine Haare sind jetzt noch dunkler als vorher und war so nicht gewünscht. Auch die Farbe passt nicht zu mir und sieht unterschiedlich aus. Zum Glück trage ich meine Haare hochgesteckt. There was not enough application to cover my hairMy hair is not that long but there was not enough color to cover ends. As a result it covered only 75% of my hair. Flexibel, individuell, hochwertig, persönlichIch bin tatsächlich begeistert. Der Kundenservice ist großartig, geht auf kleinste Anpassungswünsche ein, ggf. mit Rückfragen. Die Gebrauchsanweisung ist einfach zu verstehen, das Färben leicht umsetzbar und das Ergebnis sehr gleichmäßig und schön. Und wenn das Intervall nicht passt, verschiebt man eben.
