Great Salon AlternativeI just did my 2nd coloring and have had a good experience. The first (light ash brown) turned out more red than I had wanted - I contacted the colorist and she adjusted the color for me and gave me personalized instructions for this 2nd go. I just did it and it's turned out much better, much less red, and I'm pleased with it. The instructional videos are very helpful also. I'm still a newbie so I'm hoping I will get quicker and better as time goes on. Smells Good and Hair Softer Then BeforeReally love this coloring. Haven't yet found the right match, but that is o.k., because I will by being able to tailor the color, instead of box where you have one degree or another degree. So happy with my hair!My recent order was the best yet. After applying the custom hair color and waiting the 40 minutes, I washed out the color and applied the shampoo and conditioner (which are better than ever). And I'm just thrilled with my hair.
