Just like a salonI tried this on a whim as I don't like buying boxes of dye from supermarkets as they never go to plan and I can't get to a hairdressers right now. I absolutely love it. I had roots so the root colour had tones if the dye I had elsewhere with copper tone is and the ends bottle had copper. It came out well blended and a lovely rich shade.
