Greys turned blonde. Ordered brunette hair colour!I’ve got a lot of grey hair around the frame of my face. I’m a brunette and ordered full coverage hair colour according to the numbers my hair dresser supplied. The result was ridiculous. All greys turned platinum blonde. The rest was dark brown. I had to go to a salon to sort the problem out. I looked like an odd coloured skunk! Beware. You’ll get full coverage on greys but not in the colour promised! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Love itMy color kit comes in the mail with everything I need included. I don’t have to go online & order it every time either because they have my selected color set to arrive every few weeks & I can change the frequency anytime. I don’t have to worry about if I got the right shade because my colorist has pictures of my hair & knows what I want, full grey coverage & a blonde shade that’s not too bright & not brassy. Black instead of dark brownReally disappointed by this colour. I was at first really excited to use it as it seems so luxury compared to a bog standard box colour. Whilst washing it out I seemed to lose a lot of hair. I needed to clean the plug hole out twice to let the water out. My hair is now a mixture of jet black and stripey dark brown. I'm desperately trying to lighten it now with head and shoulders every day. I feel like I'm wearing a black hat. The hair that is black looks really course now. I got it totally broken,,, very unsatisfied,When I received my order , after opening my package it’s totally broken and it’s fall around everywhere inside. Worth a tryThis color is decent hair color, it does the job however I do wish the customization was more customized towards each individual customers wants & needs instead of using the same formulas. I do like that you receive your gloves, brush and everything you need to color your hair one thing I would maybe suggest is making the conditioner a little larger so you can follow up to condition again the color is a tiny bit drying. Beautiful colour. Consistent results.Colour is always good and quite rich. As it’s Demi-permanent the colour fades, but always looks natural. The colourists have done a good job of achieving the colour I want. I docked a star due to the colour not picking up light the way I’m used to. It’s still great results for a third of what I’d pay my hairdresser, and beats the heck out of box dye and other Demi’s I’ve bought. The fact that the colour can be adjusted according to my wants and needs is the icing on the cake. At this point I can’t see getting my colour anywhere else. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
