Not my shadeThe color is too dark, more brown than red. I prefer an Auburn. It is hard to determine colors on the internet so no faults. Stubborn rootsAlthough the change a a bit darker color did help a bit, the top of my head and sides still don't want to take as well where my roots are whiter. Love the productI love how soft my hair is. The color components are so gentle on the my hair. I am still fine tuning the color results. As far as the color can we decrease the ash tones & add some golden & copper tones? Working toward a light golden brown with copper tones. Please let me know what is possible as far as the color.
