Nichts besonderesDie Kopfhaut juckt, die Haare waren beim Waschen wie stroh und die Farbe ist halt ne Farbe, nichts besonderes, kein Unterschied zu der 4€ Farbe aus der Drogerie. Ravie de mon color setJ’en suis à ma troisième couleur avec color set. Des l’inscription, le coloriste a su trouver la teinte que je voulais, et ce, à partir de mes déclarations et de mes photos. Je suis ravie du résultat. Just okay.Works great for a week or less. Everytime I color, I love it but it just doesn't last. I generally only need to do my roots. I'm sure it probably works great for others but I've actually found supermarket touch-ups and semi-permanent colors to be longer lasting and significantly cheaper. The color looks just as good, my hair feels great and lasts for at least 3 to 4 weeks (my hair grows fast). I've been using eSalon for a few years but it only takes two washes and the grays of my roots are significantly lighter than the rest of my hair. Great productLove the product because it meets all the requirement of not being tested on animals and is vegan. Unfortunately, with the tariff wars between U.S. and Canada I can no longer buy U.S. made goods. Falsche Farbe geliefertIch habe in der ersten Bestellung die Farbe Schwarzbraun gewählt. Dies war mir zu dunkel, also habe ich mich an den Support gewandt. Dort habe ich für die nächste Bestellung Dunkelbraun angegeben. Geliefert wurde wieder Schwarzbraun.Ich wendete mich an E-Salon,wurde aber abgewimmelt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!! Kein Entgegenkommen, und am Ende der Antwort (keine Rückgabe möglich) noch der unsinnige Spruch,, immer schön gesund bleiben.
