Followed the directions, the color didn't take.I know I have darker hair that is why I chose this company since its specifically tailored to you. EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH COLOROver the years, I have had my hair colored at the salon and at times, I've colored my hair myself at home. Refusing to be grey, my hair needs color every 4-5 weeks, It is expensive for salon color. A friend and former hair stylist uses eSalon regularly and introduced me to the product. Love my color!I like that the color is formulated for me and the detailed instructions. My only complaint is the shampoo & conditioner has a very chemical taste. I'm not drinking it but when I rinse my hair some invariably gets on my lips.
