I could not be happier!The only way I would be happier is if it the product were FREE. My hair color is perfect. I sent a picture through the e-salon website to help the colorist prepare the hair dye. I received the hair color products in the mail timely and undamaged. Application instructions are clear and easily understood. E-salon provides an application brush, protective gloves, shampoo and conditioner for one application and a product to help prevent dye stains around your hairline. The autoship is easy to manage. If I'm not ready for the next shipment, I can easily change/push out the shipment date. E-salons is saving me at least $130.00 every 5 weeks.
