Have used this product a couple of times, it works extremely well. Covers my gray, and blended very well with my natural color. Plus the shampoo smells amazing!

I have been coloring my hair for decades and tried different colors in between salon visits. As I have gotten grays, the traditional box colors just don't seem to do the trick - the end result is always too dark, doesn't cover grays, or the tint is wrong. With a custom color, I've been able to achieve the color I want and it is easy to adjust it. Plus, the package contains everything I need, and the instructions are very clear. Highly recommend!

I have been using this color set for a couple of years and have been pleased with my order. It is easy to follow the directions and use. My consultant is very helpful when I want to change my hair color. I love using this product.
