Just the color I wanted!This is my second shipment. The first box of color was good, but very similar to my natural color. Happy with productI have used it 3 times and found both the product and the instructions work well. They are responsive when i ask for a delay in mixing/sending the hair color and the packaging is really beautiful. In fact I look for ways to reuse the bags and boxes. When COVID-19 concerns keeps you from going out, little things like luxury packaging are suddenly meaningful. No more Grays! No more Brassy tonesI have used this for 3 colorings so far. My friends can't believe I'm not going to a salon for my coloring. The first try didn't take away the grays so I was given the advice to leave on for 50 mins rather than 30 and it works. Finally applied the color recommendedI was really nervous at first whether to try it or just leave in my dresser since I am really in doubt that the color will not turn out the way I expected. But not bad at all. The amount of formula in the bottle is good enough to accommodate my thick hair. The color is also close to the small amount of highlight i have so I am going to wait for sometime to see how its going to blend with the rest of my hair color. Grey coverage and lastingI was really hoping to get better better quality from this service after reading a lot of positive reviews. I also didn’t write this until after the third time dyeing my hair. I have about 20% grey. Just some at the roots. I also have pretty dark hair. So I needed something that could cover my hair but also look natural on darker hair. I didn’t find that here. The coverage didn’t last, neither did the color. There wasn’t any shine after the second time I washed it. A lot of the reviews say how nice it feels after dyeing your hair, and it does! But as soon as you wash it that feeling fades fast.
