Fantastic ProductI have used this product once twice, but I have another one ready to use within the month. I really like the results. I had proper hairdressers to administer it and they were impressed. I loved the presentation of the product, with my name on the box, and everything is labelled so you know what is what! Professional LevelI purchased this after complimenting another woman's hair and finding out she used the eSalon service. I have been extremely impressed with the product as it was necessary for the colorists to "fix" a botched salon job on my naturally auburn (but greying) hair. As my hair is growing out this botched job, the colorists are continuing to tweak the color for the best results and are doing an awesome job. Poppin' Color!!!I had my daughter help with the application; which went A LOT better than doing it by myself. Why Didn't I Know About eSalon sooner?When I placed my first order with eSalon I had just purchased two boxes of my usual product at a local grocery store. Since I had just used one of them and planned on using the remaining one before I colored my hair again I had to wait several weeks to try my new product from eSalon. I was skeptical while my hair was processing as it looked like I had chosen a color too dark for my skin color. Needless to say it was darker than what I had been using and I immediately received glowing compliments from everyone in my friend and family circle. The BEST thing however is that the gray hair that usually shows up after only 2-3 weeks with my old color now doesn't surface for about 7-8 weeks.
