Love the color!I found my initial color a bit dark, and when this adjustment came, I was afraid it was too different and nervous of the "gold" for the ends. But no fear, it was just a tinge lighter and brighter which is what I was looking for. I keep staring at the mirror, indoors and outside with the sun on my hair, and it is shiny and beautiful! Faded quickly on graysI absolutely loved the color of my hair after my first esalon order. My only complaint is that the color faded after 3 washes on the grays around my hairline. Not quite rightThis color never took. The color smelled differently and was watery. I’m thinking either they changed a product or I got a bad batch. I was never offered another bottle even after chatting with a customer service agent.
