Color disasterI informed eSalon about how my hair reacts to any reds in the formula. They didn’t listen. Nor did they respond when I reached out about the tangerine, strawberry and bright red that became my “professional color”. After crying for days I am ready to venture out and have it redone. Outstanding Performance, same quality as any Salon!!I had some gray hairs coming in and I desperately needed to get my hair colored. At first, I was very hesitant, but after I finally decided to go for it, I must say that I am a "lifer" for sure! I am retired now & can't afford a subscription, but you can be sure I will always order my color from your company! COPPER MAHOGHANY IS MY COLOR!Loved the Copper Mahoghany you formulated this month. It is perfect! I've been trying to get this color for myself since I started coloring my hair some 60 years ago.
