Lackluster Results, Spectacular MessI was really excited to try this product. My hair is dark brown naturally so I chose the "soft black intense pearl" color thinking that it would give my hair an interesting violet tone. Nope, it looks almost exactly the same. It's maybe slightly darker. I was disappointed and threw away my supplies. I came back maybe an hour or two later to find that the product had EXPLODED and dripped down the sides of my trash can, onto my shower curtain and onto the floor. The shower curtain was beyond saving as it has a huge glob of dye stuck to it. My floor is still stained. I just don't see the benefit in a product that's four times the price of drug store hair dye but yields basically the same results and creates such a mess afterwards (an issue I've never had with the cheaper dyes). The best at-home hair dye I’ve ever used...The kit is really well put together (love the stain remover wipe!), easy instructions and the dye covers all my hair evenly. But what really makes the esalon experience great is the team that puts together your individual colour based on the information you give them. It’s unique to your hair type and colour - not a “one size fits all” approach of regular at-home box dyes. Personally I’ve made little tweaks to what I’d like my colour to be each time and each time they’ve adjusted it perfectly to my request. Ajustement de ma couleurTrès satisfaite du résultat qui correspond parfaitement à ma demande. J'ai reçu avec le pack coloration un shampoing et après-shampoing ALTERNA CAVIAR ANTI-AGING. Ces produits sont tout simplement magiques. Je n'ai jamais eu d'aussi beaux cheveux, éclatants et doux.
