AWESOME, i just love my color!i have never been happy with the hair color the hair dresser had chosen for me. too red, too dark, too something else. Unique and pigmented color that fades nicelyESalon has accommodated all my requests for changes. I wrote in with some details about the color updates I wanted, provided some photos, and the team got me a perfect color. I have decided to go with a cool reddish brown and I think I'll keep this for some time. I have some squiggly whites that cover up for about 3 weeks, but the color fades from these first. No worries though because the auto shop fixes me up just around the time I notice I need to re-dye. Perfect...I love, love, love my custom color. I worked with the color consultant to achieve what I wanted and everything came out perfectly! I also love the packaging and the generous amount of product you receive in the shipment. Lots of shampoo and conditioner to use at least twice, maybe three times if your hair is short. Red head and loving it!I've been using E-salon now for the last 1 1/2 years now and I cannot tell you how wonderful it has been! 1st of all, they send me my update color at exactly the right time so I can apply the color before my grow out gets too bad. I have always struggled with keeping up with my root coverage because I get too busy with life and before I know it, my roots have grown out up to an inch of icky grey! With e-Salon my update color arrives right on time and having that little box sitting there prompts me to get on the ball and do my hair. 2nd; having a custom color ALWAYS insures my color is perfect. 3rd: I love that I have a personal consultant who I can contact any time and make adjustments. 4th and final point: THE PRICE IS ALWAYS JUST RIGHT!!! I feel so fortunate that I took a chance on this company. Tolle HaarfarbeIch habe das erste Mal hier meine Haarfarbe gekauft und muss sagen ich bin begeistert. Die Farbe sieht toll aus, mit dem beiliegenden Shampoo und Spülung sehen die Haare nach der Färbung super gepflegt aus. Ich habe die Färbung mit der Flasche aufgetragen, war doch anfangs schwierig. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich es mit dem Pinsel auftragen, denke dann kann man die Ansätze noch besser abdecken. Eine ausführliche Anleitung lag dabei und das nächste Versanddatum steht schon fest. Amazing Hair Color during a Trying TimeI received my first color yesterday, and applied it today. The color match was amazing. Happy First Timer!I was a nervous wreck never coloring my hair before. The directions were clear and the phone support much appreciated. I am so happy with the results! Being a redhead (mostly gray now) I was worried how a new color would cover my gray and still blend in with previous color. I feel so accomplished!!!I usually don't leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so today!!! Since the "physical distancing" and not being able to get to the salon to wash my grey away, I resorted to the internet to solve my dilemma. I found Esalon and their online consultation process easy to understand and complete. I received my kit with instructions on how to use and I got the Best results ever!!! Thank you Esalon...
