1st time user of eSalonI’m very pleased with everything about eSalon. Instructions were easy to follow. I was very happy with the color and the gray coverage. I have very long thick hair. I color my hair to cover my gray regrowth and in the past I’ve always had to purchase two boxes of hair color from a store to have enough for my roots. Great Product and Great Customer ServiceI colored my hair 2 days ago with eSalon's custom color set and it came out great! I am so surprised because I have never done it myself and I'm not so good with styling my hair and doing makeup. I will definitely order it again in 6 weeks. After I placed my initial order and sent a photo of my hair, Mindy sent me an email recommending I go with a lighter shade than I had chosen. She was right! Thank you for great customer service!
