It wasn’t the color I expected BUTThe customer service was wonderful. I must have clicked a wrong button somewhere (remind self to order from my tablet not my tiny phone screen!) and I ended up with a root touch up that didn’t really change my hair color much. When I called to check why this was the case the lady, Anna, explained it all to me kindly and did a phone consultation on the kind of color I was hoping for and then helped make sure the next shipment would be what I wanted. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
