Omg!So im the crazy box dye it will be ok type of person. It either goes horribly wrong or ends up washing out of my roots immediately. This crazy year has made it impossible to get to the salon every time my color is dull or my roots get out of hand. My sister told me about esalon and after the first kit I'm in love! not happyThe past two times I have NOT gotten the results I want as I did with the first two times. The root color is BLOND more than auburn. Then the ends refresher is a huge contrast and is not blending all over. In other words the results look artificial. PLEASE LESS BLOND ! following was original request" am wanting a tad closer to auburn as that is my natural color. My hair turned greenI was not happy with this and would not do it again. I did not get the color I expected and there was a lot of breakage.
