Even with my "operator error " mistake, they quickly sent a correction and my hair looks great again! I'm sticking with Esalon!

E Salon is easy to deal with. Product is wonderful on my very fine hair and grey roots are covered well. Hair feels great too.They ship promptly but the international mailing takes too long during the Covid. So I had to suspend my purchases.

I love the convenience of e-salon. It colors great and doesn’t have the smell of other at home box colors. The only thing I struggle with is getting the grey at the “temple “ area to stay colored as long , It shows much sooner than the actual “re-color” time .

My hair was great for A while but it very quickly became brassy and reddish again Within a few weeks. I wash my hair 2 times a week, use colorfast products, and don’t use hot hot water and it still faded after a few weeks
