Color was too clownish, gray coverage not great, roots lighterI really wanted to like this product. I've been coloring my hair red for years (in salons pre-covid). The shade sent to me was a bit more clown-like than I am used to, very red. Didn't love it, so messaged asking to adjust the color. No response, then sent another message 6 days later, still no response. Only message I got was that my second kit would be shipping out soon. I didnt' want another of that color, so I canceled. One week after coloring, my roots started to fade and are a noticeably different color than the rest of my hair, even worse in my gray areas. free color was red dyeI love the two colors that was send but a free red dye was also send that I did not know it was red. I ended up with red/white roots. I wish you would had warned me. HaarfarbeIch finde die Farben einfach klasse. Auch die Möglichkeit, mit den Coloristen zusammen zu arbeiten und zu entscheiden.
