Fabulous colourI wanted to have a bit of pink going through my hair but the stylist said you’d have to go to a salon to have that done, I’m usually blonde but this is darker than I usually go but you can see the pink in it, I’m over the moon, thank you very much . 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Lovely productOnly reason for loss of one star is that this time my hair is too dark. However salon immediately responded to my concern and have amended y next colour accordingly! Easy-peazyClick, click, click to choose your color! Gets to you in time! Easy to use and apply and you don’t get a crazy what?! color, you get a nice blend and great fresh hair color. I just wish it would not dry my hair as much. I’ll ask them what to use so it stays soft and hydrated longer. Also I wish someone would call us when we change a color a little so we get real help; what we think is probably not really possible with a click, it can be confusing from the color we have to one we dream:) Thank you! Dyed my hair today and very disappointedHi, I have dyed my hair today and I am very disappointed as it is very flat colour, no shine. I have been using this colour for a long time now but feel something is quite wrong with the dye I’ve used today. Update in July 2020. What happened???Edit July 30, 2020: Just tried the "new formulation". Awful. It was more difficult to apply and definitely did not rinse out easier. When I went to add the water for the ends refresh, it was like concrete in the bottom of the bottle. This new formulation is no improvement. My hair feels like straw. I've been using this service for 3 years but this has me rethinking it. 2017: Just finished coloring my hair and it's exactly the shade that I'd hoped for. Directions were clear and easy to follow.
