Not great for covering graysI am so disappointed! I followed all the steps in ordering and directions in coloring to a T, but unfortunately my greys aren’t covered and the color didn’t adhere to my hair well AT ALL. It literally didn’t match any of my original hair or old color so it just added a new color to the mix. I don’t want a redo. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
