Happy(ish)So let me say, this is the best dye I have used in terms of ease of use and amount of product given. The kit was very well packaged and personalized. I ordered the additional color tools to have a more professional application. I suggest everyone make the additional investment as it really made the application a breeze. The only reason this is not 5 stars, is because the color did not come out as light as I had hoped/thought it would . I have not dyed my hair in 3 years. Aside from about one inch of old color on my ends, the rest is virgin hair. The roots came out lighter then the rest of the hair. I wish the root color translated to the middle and ends and even still, I wish it was a bit lighter. My end goal is to have a coopery red tone over time, but it is still very, very brown, which is disappointing. Not the color I wanted.After going through their questions and picking out your color, it barely changed my hair color at all. I wanted vibrant red and got light brown with reddish tones. Horrible, fo not recommendDried my hair out. Made my hair feelike straw. Hair still felt like straw even after deep conditioning. Color didn't even last 10 days. Did not cover gray wellFirst time using this product. I was very meticulous in following the instruction as my gray overgrowth is driving me crazy. For some unknown readin my left side gray was not covered well! So disappointing! I wanted to make sure it got civered that i did not even use the color guard sent.
