Amazing!!!I’ll admit I was a little leery about trying this, but I am SO glad I did! It was super easy to apply, and I absolutely love the color! I definitely will keep using this, and I recommend this service! I especially love how they kept in touch to make sure the color was exactly what I wanted. Jennifer worked with me via emails to find what I needed. I recommend uploading a picture; it helps your colorist help you with the right blend. Perfect! Colour is better than expected and sooo shinyThis is my second application, I adjusted the colour a little as I have a lot of red in my hair so I asked for a little browner, I was desperate for my roots (so grey) to be done with this coronavirus so was happy when a beautifully presented gift box landed on my doorstep, my husband applied to my roots then blended through the remaining colour after 20 minutes, it’s perfect! Best Color!I have been going to an expensive salon and every time I go there, I leave with brassy ends and my grays covered really dark. NO MORE! I got my eSalon order during quarantine and got the richest medium brown from the roots of my gray hair down to the tips of my long hair! It is a rich & vibrant brown that reminds me of how my hair used to looks in my twenties. LOVE it! Great color! The packaging and instructions are exceptional!I was curious about the packaging, the instructions, the actual "feel of a custom color" product. No need to worry. It felt totally custom. I have been coloring for years so some was information that I didn't need but for someone who is new to the coloring game, this is spot on!
