If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application. Quality is goneI loved your products when I started with you, but each thing you have changed over the years has been in the wrong direction. The shampoo is no good the condition is worse. I was willing to go with gloves that were terrible but the product change you made on the color is the last straw. The product would not come out of the bottle and I had to shake it out in my all white bathroom. It was so thick and the bottle was so poor that I could get it out. Yes I did cut the tip off. Orange hair when light good for darkMy hair pulls red, and all shades even dark give my hair brassy tone. Went a pretty dark brown and the color is good. Even though wasn’t happy with orange hair gave more stars because they have great customer service and great products. Love the shampoo/conditioner and cowash, heat spray, and love the samples they throw in sometimes. Update- I hate coloring my hair at home but this is the best I have found out their for my hair. Couleur parfaite !Mes cheveux n'ont jamais été aussi beaux ! J'ai demandé une légère modification de ma couleur. Ca a été fait hyper vite et le résultat est dément !
