my color is very close to my natural color - I'm so happyIf you are a true red head, starting to see gray, eSalon is fabulous. My own hair stylist, who is a "color specialist" consistently tells me excuses like: "Red fades fast; Red hair is difficult to work with; if you try to add highlights and low lights you'll risk looking like a peacock." She turned me into a beautiful medium blond, with a mix of honey and caramel highlights and low lights. Which was fun once. Every time I passed by the mirror I had to take a 2nd glance; "who was that girl?" and my husband was mad; "where's my red head?" "Don't ever go back to her!" "Will your red hair grow back in?" Luckily, it did, I didn't have a lot of gray back then. Next time she tried red's and coppers - she made a big line on my head. Everyone asked me if I colored my hair my hair myself and offered their hair specialist's card. I returned to the shop to get it fixed, my stylist asked another color specialist to work with me instead. She turned my hair dark mahogany. My hair matched my dining room table; terrible. To dark for my freckley, fair skinned complexion. My light blond eyebrows and eyelashes made me look scary without makeup. who wears makeup at home; come on! So, I tried several other salon's. Everyone turned me into bozo the clown, bright orange, red. I was disappointed, over and over. No-one could match my natural hair color. It did not matter how much I spent. I was desperate, I started using box colors, struggling, same as the color specialists; at least I wasn't paying $150 to $300 for each mistake. My husband, came home one day with a note: Try eSalon.com - a customer recommended to him; for me. That was in 2013. The color specialists adjusted the color till we finally got it right I'm adding an update - it's year 2020 - Since then I've also added the natural blond highlights (automatic delivery with every 3rd color) - I continue to get compliments about my hair color. Quarantine Dream!I have copper hair and my roots were coming in thick and strong. It can be hard to match my colour, but the kit did it perfectly. I also got a free ends refresher for my first order. The kit was packaged beautifully and had everything needed to colour my roots and refresh my ends. Service was as fast as it could be given the circumstances. My only constructive criticism is there were three steps involving gloves and only 2 pairs were given (not a big deal, (could reuse) and to maybe take into account the length of hair for the amount of shampoo and conditioner given. I have thick coarse long hair and the was no way enough conditioner....a fabulous product at an amazing price!! Best Customer Colour Set I've ever tried!ordered my colour package from eSalon and just wanted to say a huge thank you for the brilliant service. I’ve coloured my hair using the personalised product you sent and it is the most amazing colour I have ever had. The results are outstanding, my hair feels soft and the colour itself is perfect. And miracle of miracles my other half even complimented my hair so I know I’ve made the right choice! Changed my ColorThis is wonderfully convenient during this pandemic. Not having experience with doing my own touch-ups, the first time I ordered lighter than usual. Although It did not cover my grey roots I was able to change to a darker shade easily on-line for my second delivery and this has made all the difference. I love the results and my hair looks wonderful and feels healthy. Positiv überrascht!Habe mir gerade erstmalig die Haare selbst gefärbt. Hätte nie gedacht, dass die Anwendung so simple ist und das Ergebnis ist mehr als zufriedenstellend! Endlich bin ich nach knapp einer Stunde mit allem durch, kann während der Einwirkzeit noch etwas anderes machen. Couleur fidèle à ce que j'ai demandé.Je suis agréablement surprise par le résultat de ma couleur, fidèle à ma demande. Le prix est correct. C'est ma première commande, aussi j'attends de voir le maintien de la couleur dans le temps, afin de régulariser le renouvellement de ma commande toutes les 4 semaines.
