My 5th time usingFor over 20 years I have gone to salons for color and highlights. I never did color my own hair. Since COVID I fear salons. I decided to try it after hearing a few co-workers recommendations. I was scared to death; I tried it and LOVE the product and ease of use. It comes w terrific instructions. I had heard the commercials, but never needed the product before the COVID19 quarantine. I just fired my Seattle colorist. Sadly.I am so impressed w this color. I was going to touch up the roots, per the coloring instructions, but decided to go full head w the custom color. I am so glad I did. Love it. Update, 1/17/21: It's been nearly a year of using eSalon color, and I am still so happy. I had a recent color change, and it was perfect. Great first time experience!This was my first time coloring my hair and first time using Esalon. It turned out great! I love the result! The color was exactly what I wanted to achieve. Just a deeper richer tone of my existing color and covering the greys. I went over the instructions that were sent along and the videos on Esalon site. I managed to color my own hair. Sehr zufriedenbin deshalb sehr zufrieden weil, die Farbe auch mit täglichen Haare waschen nicht die Farbe verliert und vorallem weil ich mit dem Team immer super im Kontakt stehe Farbe so angeglichen wird das es super aussieht. Like the productI'm slowly being taken to my preferred color. I like the ease of using the product. It is package conveniently containing All You need.
