Leider enttäuschtIch hatte hohe Erwartungen, alles hat sich so gut angehört, der Kundenservice ist super, die Verpackung total liebevoll, die Gebrauchsanweisung alles super das farbergebniss leider nicht. She read my mind!!!I wanted to go to light brown, but part of me wanted to go back to red to be a little more daring. I put the color on and it came out better than I could have ever hoped. Wow!Die Farbe ist der absolute Wahnsinn, ich habe nur Komplimente bekommen. Mein Mann hat mir beim Färben geholfen (gerade am Hinterkopf) und das Ergebnis ist super. Gerne wieder, ich bin total begeistert. Very professionalI received my colour kit this morning. The presentation was A1. Lovely box with every thing I wanted. Cheered me up no end. I would absolutely recommend this company.
