I was terrified to try it, now I’m thrilled!Rarely ever do I write a product review. I haven’t colored my own hair in 20 years. When I did, it always came out way to dark and “solid” with no dimension. And the bathroom always looked like a crime scene after. I ordered e-Salon because of the pandemic. I have very stubborn gray roots. I followed directions exactly and watched the tutorial videos on how to focus on roots and pull color through. My color is GORGEOUS, my gray is covered and not lighter than the rest of my hair, which was my fear, and I still have dimension in my color. It still looks like I have fine highlights! Fantastic product!This colour is not only salon worthy but has also saved me a pretty penny! Easy to follow instructions, efficient service with great results. Roots remainMy daughter dyed my hair for me Twice with your product and followed the directions to a T. my roots did not take any of your dye that is why I canceled my program with you. Color is not as dark as I had hopedThe color was easy to apply, kit was great, and instructions were clear. However, I had hoped for a darker color/coverage (medium brown) over my old blonde balayage. The final product is still a dark blonde. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not the color I wanted.The process and product I have no issues with. However the color I chose was not what I got. I was advised that the color I chose was to dark and that I should start lower and build up. Well that wasn't the best idea because I ended up with red hair. TerribleI’m not leaving the house until I can get this fixed. I sent in pictures and chose a dark brown red copper hair color on my dark brown hair. I explained it as a dark burgundy... my roots are blonde copper and my ends are about 15 different other colors. My hair doesn’t even look healthy.
