AMAZING!!!Well , I am totally amazed this colour is the best box colour I have ever used . It’s exactly the same as the salon I go to . Lovely to apply no stinging or irritation ( I did do the allergy test first ) and the match is fantastic. Thanks so much really mean that as well . LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!I am a color at home type of woman if I am doing a rinse or semi-permanent color. I have had unpleasant experiences with store-brought permanent color kits; they either don't cover the gray or they leave my hair feeling like straw. I am so pleased and excited about the results that I have gotten from just one try with eSalon. The directions were clear and I followed them as directed. The color is amazing, my gray is completely covered, and my hair looks healthy - which is a top priority. My only complaint is that one of the color bottles were not sealed properly, so I had some leakage. Fortunately, I still had enough to complete the job. I also didn't get the cape, which eSalon was kind enough to give me a credit for but I don't see where I can order another one. Overall, Bravo! Successfully Colored My Own Hair for the First Time!I cannot tell you how terrified I was to have to color my own hair. I had never colored my own hair in 30+ years, always going to a salon and paying hundreds of dollars. With the current situation, going to a salon was impossible, and I really didn't trust going to a drug store for my hair which is very fine and has been damaged a bit with too much chemicals. Well, wasn't I shocked and so happy when I ordered eSalon's custom color set, used it, and found that my hair turned out perfect -- more than perfect! Easy to use, absolutely a perfect color match (without a photo!), and frankly, it has lasted and been far more healthy than the salon version. Amazing!!I’ve always struggled dying my hair as it’s very thick, abs no colour really seems to ever take. I was scared to dye it as my natural colour is ginger, but this colour is amazing. PERFECTION!So it's not in my budget to go to a salon every month to make sure my hair looks how I want, and I had been struggling with how at home box dyes had turned out and made my hair feel. The minute I tried ESalon I was HOOKED! I absolutely love not only the hair color, the products, but I am obsessed with the customer service. They always make sure my color is exactly what I want.
