Worth the priceEasy to use, excellent instructions and salon color results. One exception is the shipping of the product. Of the 3 I have receiced so far, one came leaking and was not useable and another got lost in the mail. Each were replaced free of charge. Thought I would give it a tryI thought for the price why not give it ago OMG normally when I have a medium blonde it the colour goes to dark for my liking this time I love the colour I usually use supermarket buys but I'm converted will deffinetly be buying again 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Updated reviewJust received my first kit and tried it out.... I was very hesitant because I hadn’t had my hair colored in years and have never done it myself. I LOVE it!! I hope it stays this way..... so soft and shiny and the color is perfect. Fingers crossed..... update- received second kit and it’s been a total disaster! My hair is beyond brittle and dull and now I lose color every time I shampoo..... even though I am using the same eSalon shampoo and conditioner as before. Long Shipping TimeI will never order from Esalon again. It took over 3 weeks from the time of shipping to receive. I understand that during Covid some shipping is delayed however I have been ordering several items online with none delayed so long. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Bummed!Didn't really seem like it did much, I just had my mother color it on Saturday and this morning I found grey hairs everywhere popping through.
