Without my consent!I’m giving this a 1 star. I tried communicating with the specialist about too much red in the color and never heard back for 2 months when an order showed up with a bill for $29. WOW!I'm 65 and a newbie at home coloring my long hair. I did the best I could at following the directions, but I made a lot of mistakes. However, my hair looks gorgeous! The color is better than the one my hair dresser was using and even my husband commented on how nice my hair looked when I was done! Great Product!!!The color kit is easy to use. The instructions are detailed and clear. The end result is a gorgeous, shiny color that looks like I came from the salon! The price is very reasonable and I am saving so much money by doing it myself. Well, actually a friend is coloring my hair for me. She said she always wanted to be a hairdresser - she is a nurse. Best colour ever!First off, I love the smell of this dye. Secondly, it coloured my hair perfectly... even the wirey greys! My hair is soft and my custom colour is completely different to shop bought dyes, it suits me as it's made for me.
