Disappointing Customer ServiceColour “shipped” Jan 21. Package has not moved since that date. Contacted eSalon and they did nothing. Just told me to wait. Checked my order again Feb 13th and still has not shipped out of their warehouse. Understand it’s covid but my roommate ordered after I told her how good the colour is and she got her’s in 7 days. THREE WEEKS and my order has not been shipped. Cancelling my subscription. Very disappointed. Would have been so easy for someone to care just a little and make a call on my behalf to see why my order isn’t moving. Maybe spend less time on convincing me you care by printing my name on a card and actually care by making sure I get my colour. Perfect colorI've been coloring my hair for close to 20 years. I've done the box color and salon color. Of course I would prefer the salon color but funds don't always allow that. My sister found esalon online and passed the information over to me. I watched some videos on the product and thought "why not?" And ordered my first custom color. It turned out way better than I could have hoped for! The instructions were very easy to follow. The only "issue" I had was coloring the hair on the back of my head. I had to go by feel, rather than sight. Even with doing that blind, it really turned out perfect. If you are even slightly considering ordering a custom color - do it! Super produit!!!J'ai enfin pu me débarrasser des reflets cuivrés que je n'arrivais pas à faire partir! Merci eSalon! Facile d'utilisation, il suffit juste de savoir lire pour bien suivre la marche à suivre. Livraison en 4 jours en Suisse donc hors UE! Bravo, c'est un exploit et sans frais de douane!! suivi de vos demandes et requêtes rapide (dans la journée) et possibilité de demander un ajustement de la couleur pour la livraison suivante. Franchement, je lis des personnes qui disent ne pas avoir pu rincer correctement le produit. Mais je suis désolée, si vous suivez bien les explications des étapes (je sais que certaines personnes n'aiment pas lire les modes d'emploi...) qui précisent de faire mousser la coloration avec le reste du produit dilué dans un peu d'eau avant de vouloir rincer directement les cheveux vous n'aurez aucun soucis. Et moi qui ai les cheveux sensibilisés je trouve le produit particulièrement doux pour un résultat couleur digne d'un salon.
