no root coverage!I followed each step and when I was done with the rather lengthy process, my roots still had barely any coverage. I typically use satin hair color in a 1B and with the description of your product I was expecting an actual blue black color. This was not the case. When I was doing the questionnaire there wasn't an option to order a darker blue black color. I'm very frustrated because this process took so long and the pay off was VERY DISSAPOINTING. New to esalonReceived my colour more than a month ago, but due to home schooling I finally got round to applying the colour yesterday. The process was straight forward and easy to follow and within less than an hour it was complete. So pleased with first-time colourThis is the first time that I have coloured my hair at home so I was a little nervous as to how it would turn out. The whole process of choosing and ordering a colour was really straightforward on the website and it was rather exciting when the box arrived with my name on the bottles! It was a bit of a faff doing the back of my shoulder length hair but the instructions were really clear and I know it will get easier with practise. I am so pleased with the strawberry blonde colour as it looks so natural and I like having the reassurance that I can ask for advice and will get an answer fairly quickly. Wie vom Friseur!Nur besser!Ich bin so dankbar eSalon entdeckt zu haben, weil ich sehr schlechte Friseurerfahrungen sammeln musste. Beim letzten Friseurbesuch sind meine blonden Strähnen, welches eigentlich ein Balayage werden sollte, grün geworden und der gewünschte Braunton ein Rostbraun. Über 280€ hat mich dieser Besuch gekostet und ich war todunglücklich und werde auch keine Friseure mehr aufsuchen. Drogerieprodukte überzeugten mich nicht, so dass ich auf eSalon während meiner Recherchen gestoßen bin. Das Wunschfarbergebnis ist so wunderschön! Ein goldiges, sattes braun mit tollen Farbreflexen. Kein Rotstich, meine vereinzelt grauen Haare sind weich und vollständig abgedeckt. Kein harter Ansatz! Ich bin wirklich unendlich dankbar, endlich ein passendes Produkt gefunden zu haben. Die Anwendung ist sehr leicht und auch für ungeübte sehr verständlich erklärt. Unheimlich süß ist auch die Personalisierung und ein Gedicht.
