Thank you for completely ruining my hair color!Dear eSalon Team, Are you kidding me?! Thank you for completely ruining my hair color! Despite my clear instructions by sharing the shade numbers from my hairstylist and the two pictures I sent, you somehow managed to send me colors that are TWO SHADES DARKER than what I requested. Do you have any idea how infuriating this is?! I've spent MONTHS working with my stylist to get my hair to the perfect shade, and your incompetence has destroyed it in just ONE HOUR. I demand the following: - A FULL REFUND for the incorrect order immediately. - A REPLACEMENT COLOR that matches my original request, so I can try to fix this disaster and get my hair back to its previous shade. Made my hair so dryColour was to light, tried to go back and change my options but it wouldn’t let me. Biggest issue was how dry it made my hair, never had anything like it. Felt like straw while washing out, didn’t like that I could only have the option of purchasing when I wanted, instead was only given the option of continuous purchasing. DOES NOT COVER GRAYSI would NOT RECOMMEND if you have any gray hair at all, I specifically told them I have hard to cover grays when ordering. I colored for the first time yesterday and I’ve gotten better results from a drug store box coloring kit. Sent an email and all they said was sorry we will adjust for next order. Well that doesn’t help me now and the reason for the color was my 50th bday. Guess I won’t be coving my grays for my birthday. Grey line coverage not the bestThe custom color adjustment intends to cover better the grey line, but it still shows grey using this adjusted mix. That part of it, I am not pleased. However, I am pleased with the hair color dye overall result which didn’t make my hair look too dark. Fast alles gutDie Farbe ist anfangs sehr dunkelbraun (hab mittelbraun bestellt), lässt aber nach ein paar Wäschen etwas nach. Die grauen Stellen hat es diesmal nicht so gut abgedeckt wie bei der letzten Farbe (Kupfer)... ansonsten alles paletti 🙂hoffe dass beim nächsten Färben die Ansätze besser werden 🙃 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |
