Love it but need better coverageReally love the customer service, the quality of the products and the packaging. Still am not getting the gray coverage that I’m looking for. Went to the salon for color yesterday and will try esalon color again in a few weeks. Nice color but...I like the color but I have a few hidden grey hair and although I went on coloring rhe strands they were not completely colored. To be fair they are difficult to catch color. I thought I would give a try to the product. Hair color by mail? Don't hold your breath.Entering week 3 since I ordered my first hair coloring kit from ESalon, and no sign of delivery from the USPS. I'm canceling...I'll go back to picking and purchasing my own hair color from a store, since the USPS has become completely unreliable.
