Custom Colour SetHi, I just want to say today was the very first time I have coloured my own hair and I wish I found you sooner. Not only am I pleased with the great result but you are also saving me money. My hair feels healthy and the colour has covered really well. Ok so I did feel a little anxious as I got started but now I’ve seen the result I will be more confident next time. Can’t wait for my next order to be delivered and the extra goodies I have ordered. Great productI have had the first box in the closet since July, afraid to do hair at home. With help from my husband I just used the "soft black" and was very pleased with the results. Perfect color!I’m so impressed by eSalon! Their customer service is superb. They are so quick to respond, and they do an excellent job taking care of their customers and ensuring satisfaction. I had some trouble with “hot roots” my first color, so they adjusted my directions and sent me my next color completely free and it turned out AWESOME. Almost perfect.I loved this product ....except....my color was a teeny bit too dark. However I think if this is what I have to live with I will take it. Because of Covid-19 this year is the first year I have been coloring my own hair in about 10 years. I started with a different major mail order company (MR). Beautiful packaging, HORRIBLE SMELL. Their product smelled like cigarette ashes including their shampoo & conditioner. Then my hair turned from dark brown to a dull reddish color after a few weeks, I was pretty disappointed. I texted my stylist of almost 30 years and she told me she had heard raves about your product. Well I wish I would have started here. None of your products smelled bad & your shampoo & conditioner smell lovely. My hair color has remained the SAME color & not turned reddish or any sort of copper. It’s a beautiful DARK brown. As I said if this is all there is, then I will take it, I’m not a light brown hair color person, but this came out almost black on me. Hair a little too darkI don't think this is for me. Although after the second time, I have seen some of the darker shades, I have seen too much of the lighter shades, Perhaps if my hair was a lighter color, it would be more noticeable. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

OrangeI am so incredibly disappointed with this color. The root and end colors were so different that you can visually see the difference. Both the roots and ends are very orange. The end color looks like a pumpkin. My son actually asked me if I did my hair for Halloween. This is not ok and I have no idea how to fix it 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color did not takeThe color was not even close to what was promised. I did everything exactly as directed and somehow my roots, which were done first, took zero color. The rest of my hair ended up black without any of the tint I wanted. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
