I can't believe they were able to match the color I was born with!I was born a redhead and as I reached 60 my hair turned blonde. Although it was pretty, I have longed for the red color back. It took a few tries but they have finally come up with my forever color. The eSalon colorists worked with me and adjusted the color for free until I was satisfied. It's beautiful and I LOVE IT! Thank you eSalon for doing the impossible! eSalon customer service is there for you. When you call, a live person will assist you and connect you to a colorist who will help you right then. Their packaging will make you feel like a queen! The directions are clear and there are loads of videos on the website to guide you as well. Try it! Das Aha-ErlebnisHallöchen, nach dem Auftragen war ich erst einmal schockiert, da die Farbe während der Einwirkzeit schon seeehr dunkel wurde. Dachte die ganze Zeit nur oje oje wollte doch nur den grauen Ansatz weg färben.Trotzdem bin ich genau nach Anleitung weiter gegangen. Das Ergebnis war wirklich überraschend. Alles war so wie von mir gewünscht, ein echtes Aha Erlebnis. Mein Friseur, den ich für den Schnitt trotzdem brauchte ,wollte erst gar nicht glauben das ich das selbst gemacht habe, zumal sich bei meinem Friseur die Farbe nach 2-3 Wäschen immer schnell wieder herausgewaschen hat :) Also traut euch. 2 different shades for roots and ends?My hair is pretty much one color of dark brown all over with some natural undertone of red. I ordered dark brown color dye and specified my hair was long. i received two bottles of dye. one was marked dark brown and the other was marked golden. the instructions where to use the dark brown on my roots and the golden on my ends. i was very hesitant and confuised as to why did i receve golden in the fisrt place. I wa sso desperate to dye my hair and my grey's were out of control that i went ahead and just didi it. after drying i noticed the roots were a very dark brown and ends were light brown. its not horrible and super noticble , and I'm not sure what went wrong if i ordered wronf or there wa smiscommunication? I am curently waitting for a color specialist to call me and discuss. I will try one more order and then decidie if I will continue. I would like to add that the priduct itself seems very good and the smell of shampoo and conditioner sample pack it comes with is very nice! I was disappoibnted with the box it came in. outcomeHello, I am very disappointed with the outcome. I followed instructions and had previously indicated I needed gray coverage. I also have very fine hair so I have to wait to re-dye it.
