Outcome not as requestedI ordered ash blonde in order to make my blonde hair a little darker and duller. Ash blonde is a colour I used to use when I dyed my own hair. Since switching to a professional, I couldn't say the exact tones used but definitely not ashy. What I actually ended up with was ginger hair - not an ashy tone in sight. My concerns about the colour haven't been addressed other than telling me to perform a strand test to ensure I'm satisfied with my colour before I apply to the full head. The 100% satisfaction guarantee has certainly not been met on this occasion nor has any 'professional' advice been offered by my 'personal colourist'. I have decided I will give eSalon one more chance to do something right by my hair before I resort back to a traditional face-to-face salon appointment as I feel my money so far has been wasted on the colour. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
