Predictably-great colour, and continued-healthy hair for me, since 2022I've used only e-Salon to dye my hair since late 2022, and have tried a few colours within the same lightness-level. I've used the Custom colour set several times, and (twice now) the light set, to add compatible highlights. Each time, I've been satisfied with my colour result. I'm also pleased with the sustained health of my hair, the grey coverage, the flexibility to apply colour on my own schedule at home without rushing to appointments, and with the ease of adjusting/changing the colour for upcoming orders. Communication with eSalon staff has been courteous and very helpful whenever I've had questions or concerns. They've reached out to me as well if unsure or missing any information needed to ensure great hair colour results. Shipping to Canada has been speedy and reliable also. Do not orderI made an order months ago and cancelled my subscription as this was not right for me. I have since been billed and changed for a cancelled subscription!! I am also told I will need to pay a return fee when I haven’t even received the item yet. Sent old Process:(Hi-the last order I just used and got was a two step process and not a good fit for me. Can we please go back to the lighter one step process?
