I just want to speak with someone!This particular order was fine. Now, I’m trying to change my hair color & I’m told that I need to place an order first- so, I’m suppose to order & pay for a color that I no longer want, and then have it changed, hoping that the change is what I receive... I do not understand this process at all... Mittleres Erdbeer BlondSieht super schön und ganz wichtig weil mein Haar lang ist, gleichmäßig !! Schon alleine das ist ein Kriterium weiterhin bei euch Kundin zu bleiben. Ihr schafft es aber wirklich auch Wünsche bei der Anpassung via Foto per Mail und regen Kontakt mit der zuständigen Coloristin auch per Mail, genau das zu treffen was man sich eben wünscht. Wasn't expecting it to be so good!I was desperate to get my greys covered and found an advert for eSalon. Thought I would give it a try and so glad I did. I really didn't expect the colour to be what I wanted, but it was perfect. It took a little while to be delivered, but it was worth the wait. Would definitely recommend.
