So happy! High quality luxurious products and fool-proof instructions!WOW!! My hair looks and feels like it was done at a high end salon. The custom color is so natural looking, all products smelled wonderful nothing harsh and my hair feels soft and silky. Very impressed with my kit - very simple easy to follow instructions. Customer service communication and access is stellar. Excellent colourThis was my first attempt ever at colouring my own hair. The box arrived very promptly and was extremely well presented. The products were all fantastic. It was a fantastic colour match and I was very impressed by how easy it was to apply. My only draw back was the smell was extremely overwhelming. You've Got Me - Permanently (no pun intended).I have tried almost every brand of hair color out there, as well as the salon (before it got just too costly). I have been coloring my hair for over thirty years (it's been greying that long). Now it's pretty much white. My natural color was a dark ash brown with some chestnut, but whenever I try to get a medium-toned auburn or chestnut, the roots come out orange - no matter how dark or brown the color is supposed to be. What's more, unless they're the amethyst or burgundy auburns not found in nature, they're all warm-based. I had my doubts about finding the right color on a computer screen but after several tries I did find one and turns out it was called "ash mahogany" - a cool red?! I told the colorist about the root issue and said I didn't want too much red in the mix. Within two days I had the color. And? No more dual tones. Natural roots! More multi-dimensional than any OTC color I have ever used. Great conditioning. The kit contains niceties not found in OTC brands (the stain repeller works better than the petroleum jelly the salon used - which often didn't work - so well I didn't even have to use the included stain remover).
