Great Coverage!!My first order and my greys are covered!!! I have struggled with getting the right coverage at a salon. The greys never seem to be fully covered and have a reddish tint to them. I've become frustrated at the amt of money to color my hair and not be able to get the coverage I desire. Amazing LASTING colorThis is THE FIRST coloring product that has held to my gray roots. I am 41 years old and have more grays than I would think a person of my age would have. This product colored my hair flawlessly. My mother-in-law graciously applied this product to my hair, and she said this was the easiest to apply that she has ever applied. Vraiment superAprès des années de coloration achetées en supermarché. Enfin une couleur qui me correspond avec des soins vraiment adaptés à mes cheveux épais, ternes et secs. Je vais voir sur le temps la tenue de la couleur. Une super première impression. My revised colorMy last color I was not as happy with . My fault the first mix was perfect. I have been looking for the perfect color for me I just can't seem to get it right. The colors and the packaging are beautiful. I will recommend to anyone I know who uses color. I simply can't afford it but I am also impatient and don't want to wait to long to color again. 1st Time Hesitancy!! I was suspicious!I decided to try eSalon after a 4 or 5 day mental debate. I placed my order second guessing my color choices. Upon arrival I was excited, took the product to my bathroom, put it in the closet and there is has sat since January 18,2021. I felt like there was no hurry since we are in the middle of "The Pandemic" and I had recently retired but I was actually not convinced. I had gone to a high end salon for 35 years. Today, I woke up, felt great and thought, "Lets do this", and I did! The process was very simple and relatively quick. I have shoulder length hair that is fine. The result is exactly what I wanted, it was easy (follow directions), the color is perfect, you have a new customer! I will be sure to tell all my friends/colleagues who are waiting to go back to work to check out eSalon. You should have a first time offer or encourage all the satisfied customers you have to refer by providing a way to give a new customer something of value. Just an idea!! High hopesThe steps were easy to follow. The color was perfect. However, it was not enough product for the amount of hair I have. Some parts didn’t get dyed. good productI love how soft this hair product made my hair (going on 2.5 weeks), and like the overall color but the newer hairline grays around my face did not cover very well, and I could see this immediately after coloring my hair. Then within a couple of days, the color washed out in this area altogether and the greys in this area came back as if I didn't color them.
