Nice colorIt always leaves a nice and unique color. I was hoping for a more lighter shade. I want to gradually go into lighter tones of brown but the chocolaty brown color was nice too. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Ruined my hairWords can't describe how upset I am with my last order... I asked for an adjustment of colour from my last order because the roots were too warm and the ends didn't take any colour at all. I applied my colour yesterday and I noticed a bird's nest kind of halo of baby hairs around my roots today. Not only that but my hair feels like jelly, it stretches and breaks like rubber. Not even after a full head bleach my hair was in this bad of a condition. On top of that, my roots are a hot cheeto colour. So right now, my hair which I spent years growing out is snapping off, it's too weak to take any more treatment so I'm stuck with this terrible orange colour in my roots and it just looks terrible. Greys not coveredI am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase, as the hair color didn’t cover my grey hair. I had to use a brass root cover from the first week! I followed the instructions carefully and I really don’t think that something went wrong at my end. fantastic!!e salon, you are amazing! have never coloured my hair at home before, but with lockdown, plus the expense of hairdressers, and the fact i always come out from an appointment thinking....meh....thought i'd try at home. Was unsure how to progress, but got a call from a lovely technician who spent ages on the phone with me, and asked me to send a photo, and my first attempt was super easy, and good coverage of my grey/silver bits (ugh); i got back to esalon and said i needed a bit more coverage plus a slightly ashier tone, and it was no problem for them to tweak my 'prescription'.....am so impressed with these guys, and will never hit the hairdressers again! Custom Colour SetWhen I asked to change my colour slightly I was presented with a double pack to ensure that my hair was covered all over. There was plenty in the pack which was nice as I have long hair and normally would need to purchase two packs in the past from an off the shelf pack. I just love the e Salon products. I have no attachment to the company only as a new customer.
