Wanted Blonde got redheadI am really annoyed. I thought we had corrected the problem from the first time, BUT NO! Now, I'll be going thru Christmas with flipping RED HAIR. and it is STILL TOO DARK!!!! How is this medium blonde, natural golden, IT IS RED. Colour is wrongI wanted a natural brown hair colour but they colour they sent me was terrible and turned me into a redhead! The customer service was good and they sent out another set free of charge with neutraliser in. Although improving the colour a bit, it is still red and so far from what I asked for. I wish I had just gone to a hairdressers. EDIT: The email they sent me from this review was telling me to buy another product! 😂 which didn't even work. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Matches my expensive salon color PERFECTLYI was terrified to DIY my copper hair color after COVID hit, and when I finally tried the color my eSalon stylist sent me, I was shocked. It matched my salon color beautifully!!! I’ve never had an issue with hot roots or fading. It seriously looks and feels like I went to the salon, but my wallet is much MUCH happier!!
