Great customer service but not happy with productI follow all of the directions perfectly and I still do not have full grey coverage. Then after 2 weeks my hair looks brassy and orangish. No lift whatsoeverI actually changed the color so that it would be lighter, however there was no lift and within 2 weeks the color washed out out of the grey, and the full 2” grey roots came back. I don’t have a lot of grey, but certain spots have a few strands that you can see when parted a certain way etc..this was my last attempt here.
